The typical charging method of the MyGrid

Ever had the issues of tied up charger cords for your cell phones, and not just your cell phones, mp3 players and other devices as well? The entertainment news tells of something new.

There is a solution, it is the  Duracell MyGrid; it is a multiple device charger pad that only utilises one socket but is able to charge up to four cell phones at the same time. The My Grid is a neat compact device that can be placed anywhere in your home or office as long you have a flat surface and access to an electrical outlet.

The Duracell Mygrid is currently compatible with, Motorola cell phones, Nokia cell phones, Blackberries and the iPhone. You can also charge most mp3 players with the same device, actually once your device has a mini USB charger port; it is likely that you can use a mygrid and its components to charge it.

There are two ways in which the My Grid allows you to charge your devices, however one method is limited to certain devices. You can charge your cell phone or mp3 player using the associated power tips and a power clip adaptor or you can use a power sleeve, if one is available for your device.

Both methods of charging are very simple and easy to apply and with either one, you will have to start out by firstly plugging in the mygrid charger pad and placing it on a level surface. Once this is done you will gather your devices that you plan to charge and the affiliated components you plan to use depending on the charging method you chose. If you are going to use method one, ensure you have the correct power tips that fit into your devices' charger ports and a power clip adaptor for each. If you decide to go with method two, ensure you have the power sleeve that fits your device and that is it.

Once you have gathered all the necessary apparatus, you will make the required attachments, for those of you using the power tips and the power clip adaptors, start by locating the correct tip and inserting it into the charger port, it should fit in it the same way your charger would.  After it is fitted, take a power clip adapter and fit it unto the power tip, there is no need to worry about the finding the right power clip adapter, they are standard and will fit any power tip. After the power clip adapter is attached, turn it so that it lies flat on the back of your device, and then place it on the mygrid to charge. The power clip adapter has contact points on the back that engages the electricity from the mygrid charger pad, so ensure that it lies flat.
The other method of charging is even simpler, but as stated before not all devices have a sleeve made for it, currently only a few cell phones have a power sleeve accessory.  Get updated info from entertainment news segments on the available new accessories.
